At the merchandise tables before the show.
Sakura Hirota was nice enough to sell me some stuff.

Uematsu vs Aya Sakurai
Uematsu was obviously not
impressed by Sakurai, the new rookie. From the clips they showed
plus this match, it looks like Sakurai could be a good wrestler.
But for now, being a rookie,
she has to take some punishment. As evidenced by this match.
Toshie Uematsu vs Sakura
Hirota
By winning the first match, Uematsu moved on to meet
Hirota. Hirota got into the holiday spirit by dressing up as Santa
Claus.
She was throwing little gifts out to the crowd, but I
wasn't able to get any.
Yo, get that hand outta the way.
For some reason, I didn't get any shots of the match.
But Hirota tried to give Uematsu 2 Hello Kitty dolls, but Uematsu beat
them all up.
Mayumi Ozaki/KAORU vs
Dynamite Kansai/Akira Hokuto
KAORU getting stared down by Dynamite and Hokuto while
Devil lurks.
It was all D-FIX early as Hokuto gets the royal boot
treatment.
But the tide was quickly turned. Poor KAORU.
This was just after Dynamite decided to make a run to
take me out. Luckily, my badger-like reflexes allowed me to avoid
that imposing rush.
KAORU gets ready to drill Hokuto.
Dynamite and Hokuto once again stretch KAORU, while
once again Devil lurks.
Hokuto takes to the air.
KAORU ended up rolling up Kansai to get the win...
and D-FIX celebrated...
while Kansai and Hokuto sulked.
Etsuko Mita/Mima Shimoda vs Aja
Kong/Chigusa Nagayo
Los Cachorras Orientales had their own flag-bearers
with them.
LCO took out to Chigusa right off the bat...
and went about taking her apart.
Eventually, Aja got the better of LCO and pinned Mita
after hitting her with the Death Valley Bomb.
Mita bitched about Aja using her own move, then Aja
said something about we couldn't be sure that Mita invented the DVB just
like we couldn't be sure who invented the German Suplex.
Shimoda got on the horn to say Aja was nothing but an
idiot and booked outta there.
Shimoda was still showing the effects of her mist
attempt on Aja while listening to Chigusa gloat.
After LCO left, former enemies Chigusa and Aja
celebrated.
Meiko Satomura/Toshiyo Yamada vs
Carlos Amano/Chikayo Nagashima
Amano and Nagashima go a little too fast
for my camera.
Former junior members of Oz Academy
reunite to beat down Satomura.
Amano and Nagashima double up to take out
Yamada.
Sugar once again gets involved in the
match.
From these pictures you would think Amano
and Nagashima won, but Satomura ended up kicking Nagashima in the head
to get the win.
