The Last Seduction
This is a story of sex, crime and betrayal. Linda
Fiorentino plays Bridgette, a woman who hides out from
her husband and partner in crime in a small town in
upstate NY.
This is the rare case of a movie that went from cable
to the big screen. No studio wanted to distribute it
so HBO decided to give it a chance. The response was so good that it
was distributed the theaters.
Bill Pullmam stars as Bridgette's husband. He is desperate to find her, and more importantly the money she stole from him. Peter Berg is the small time bumpkin that she's takes up with to pass the time.
Warning: Someone made a half-ass attempt at a sequel
to this movie. Please do not watch this. Joan
Severance takes over the role of Bridgette and falls
flat on her face. She doesn't even come close to
matching the super-sexy ultra-bitch that Linda
Fiorentino perfected in the original.
