Bride with White Hair
There is really no way I can explain the title other
than by saying that this is a Chinese movie starring
Leslie Cheung and Bridgette Lin as starcrossed lovers.
This movie is really a love story set inside a
traditional Chinese epic. The movie is set in the
period just before the Qin dynasty established China
as a unified entity.
Cheung and Lin are in opposing warring clans that fall
in love with each other. There is really nothing else
I can mention other than its got lots of fighting and
lots of love scenes.
A good tagline would be this is a story of love, honor
and betrayal. This is a traditional Chinese epic, with characters flying through
the air and possessing super strength.
It is also a well choreographed swordsman movie.
Its got something for everyone; action, romance
and intrigue.
